MKM Diamonds Private Limited (Formerly known as Eurostar Diamonds India Private Limited), MKM Group – a leading diamond wholesaler and manufacturer, was incorporated on 22nd May, 2009 under the Companies Act, 1956 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Paresh K. Mehta Investment Private Limited. MKM Diamonds Pvt Ltd is a leading diamond conglomerate specialised in providing precisely calibrated diamonds to the world’s most prestigious watch and jewellery brands.

MKM Diamonds Pvt Ltd has its headquarters at 1304-1305, A wing, The Capital, G Block, Bandra (East), Mumbai – 400 051 and its Corporate Office at BDB in BKC, Mumbai and the Board consists of Two Directors. The promoters have significant experience in the diamonds business and are well known in the industry and their profiles are as under:

MR. PARESH K. MEHTA

Mr. Paras Mehta, son of Mr. Paresh Mehta joined the business twenty years back, takes care of day to day buying and sales of rough and polished diamonds. He looks after the overall growth and profitability targets of the company by developing and implementing an effective sales strategy that meets overall corporate objectives.

He has been instrumental in manufacturing and sourcing of diamonds as per the market demand and global demand of customers including high profile luxury brands coming under Eurostar portfolio. He also leads the finance, legal and administrative compliance functions of Eurostar group. In Eurostar India he is mainly looking after manufacturing, compliances, sales and manufacturing functions.
